Whats my workout is a simple application to generate a random workout for a chosen muscle group.

The app contains many workouts, many exercises giving you endless possibilities! Bring the fun back into working out. Simply select a muscle group or a set workout, Choose how heavy the weight is then follow the workout, and enjoy! if you don’t like a certain exercise you can reload! reload is a option we put in to select a new exercise, to swap one out for another. But be warned….you only get one reload per workout! so use it wisely! Quicker than looking online or hiring a personal trainer.
